It Cosmetics does have a lot of ingredients in their products, so they definitely don’t skimp.

Getting to know some of the ingredients
No 2 and No. 5 on the ingredients list is Butylene Glycol. This helps with the cream being able to penetrate the skin. Some active ingredients in serums and creams have a molecular weight that is too large to penetrate the skin barrier, so this helps the active ingredients get into the skin.
Olive oil, Coconut oil, Squalene, Canola oil are a few oils in this product. Only the first two are near the top of the list. Not to say that there isn’t more oils in here, most are near the end and they are essential oils. I am not a really big fan of a lot of essentials oils in skin care. They can tend to aggravate sensitive skin.
Aloe Barbadensis – Aloe is a wonderful natural ingredient used in so many products. It can be taken straight off the plant and applied to the skin. It has been used in so many cultures for it’s healing properties. There are 20 minerals, 20 amino acids, 12 vitamins, and active enzymes. It is another ingredient that is good for sensitive skin.
Shea Butter – is a fat extracted from the nut of the African shea tree. Many studies have shown that it is exceptional at penetrating the skin. The fat along with penetrating the skin makes it a super emollient. It is naturally loaded with vitamins A, E and F and thought to offer UV protection. A study in American Journal of Life Sciences claims that it boosts collagen production. It also reduces inflammation in the skin.
Niacinamide, also known as B3, is a work horse in skin care. There is a double blind study, that indicates that Niacinamide is excellent for brown spots, melasma and uneven skin tone. There was also a study done with niacinamide, peptides and a retinol product. It proved that it was comparable to using Tretinoin (Retin-A). Niacinamide, peptides and a retinol ingredient are all found in this cream.
Colloidal Oatmeal is another great ingredient for sensitive skin. It helps restore the PH level in skin and relieve inflamed skin. This 2012 study indicated all of the effects it had on the skin and the study, tested products with it in it for allergic reactions (of which there was a very low percentage of reactions). The study also showed the many benefits that it has for the skin.
I would go through more ingredients but you are already asleep. I will start on the review.
IT Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream has a medium texture that feels luxurious on the skin. It absorbs very quickly into the skin. It seems to place a very light vail on the skin which is slight still there when you wake up. That is if you are wearing it at night.
I had no irritation with this cream and it hydrated my skin very well. It has a slight scentbut nothing that I really noticed. I have gone through two of the 2.0 oz containers of it and now I am working on my two mini(s).
I wear it during the day under my foundation for these winter months. It is a great moisturizer that does make your face feel soft and supple . You can also check out the review on Ulta where it has a 4.6 rating and 2609 reviews.
